Abstract

|
Henri Roger presented a remarkably accurate clinical description of this syndrome in 1879, and the some medical centers use the term "malactic de Roger" in referring to the mildest form of the ventricular septal defect. A case of a symptomatic, small ventricular septal defect in which cardiac catheterization has been performed is reported with a review of the literatures.
